Professional Debt Collection Service at Fixed Rates

As you know cash flow is very important to the health of any business.

For many years we have offered a debt collection service for our clients.

We are now extending our service to businesses throughout Yorkshire, whether or not you are clients of the firm.

We appreciate that you will be finding it difficult to chase unpaid accounts and with the current economic climate this is not going to get any easier. We realise that when you have a business to run it is sometimes difficult to set aside the time to collect money from unwilling payers.

We have the expertise and the resources to do this work for you, at a competitive price.

We are a local firm and can arrange face to face interview where necessary.

We will do this work for a fixed fee depending on the amount of the claim

As soon as we receive your instructions we will send a letter before action which is designed to make the Debtor either pay up in full immediately or contact you to agree payment arrangements. The Debtor will have seven days before proceedings are commenced.

The Court issue fee is recoverable from the debtor after issue of proceedings and will be added to their debt, together with interest.

For claims over £15,000 and any work necessary after issue of proceedings (for example if the claim is defended) an estimate of costs will be given together with a case plan. We may in certain cases be prepared to consider a No Win No Fee agreement.
