Road Accidents
Road Traffic Accidents are unfortunately very common.
Being involved in a Road Traffic Accident can be very traumatic particularly if you have been injured.
It can be even worse if you discover that the person who caused the accident is not insured or you were the victim of a hit and run incident.
The Personal Injury Team at Ridley and Hall deal with all types of Road Traffic Accidents and regularly deal with claims involving anything from minor whiplash to serious head injuries, against fully insured drivers or the uninsured and hit and run drivers.
The Personal Injury Team have successfully fought claims against the Motor Insurance Bureau who provide compensation where the person who caused the accident is uninsured.
We can offer face to face interviews and you do not have to rely on your motor insurance panel solicitors if you do not wish to do so. This is particularly relevant for passengers making a claim against the driver of a car who feel that their claim may not be dealt with fairly.
We can offer a complete and sympathetic service.
