Accidents involving Horses
According to the British Horse Society figures there are over 3000 accidents on the road each year involving horses. These figures include several fatalities.
Many accidents could be avoided if drivers would slow down and leave more room when passing a horse and rider. A lot of drivers do not appreciate the obvious fact that the horse is an animal and may act unpredictably, even if the horse is road trained and used to traffic.
When it comes to accidents involving horses Ridley and Hall's personal injury team are in an ideal position to act for you if you have suffered injury or loss. Several of our members are keen equestrians and have specialist knowledge in this field.
