Meena is a Solicitor and a member of the Law Society's Family Panel.

Meena has been non member partner at Ridley and Hall since 1st October 2009. She undertakes all aspects of family and children work and is the team leader of the Ridley & Hall Family Law Team

Meena has particular expertise in negotiating financial settlements for clients in the course of divorce proceedings. This is an area of family law which can require a tenacious and proactive approach and it always requires meticulous attention to detail as failing to address difficult and complex financial issues promptly, can lead to lengthy and costly delays.

Meena believes in adopting a proactive rather than a reactive approach to family law in each of its very different facets and strives to ensure that what is often a very difficult situation for clients is not made more difficult by reason of inaction or lack of foresight.

She actively encourage clients to resolve disputes regarding their children in a non-confrontational manner.

Meena is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu and can converse in French and Creole
