We are pleased to advise that we are on all mainstream lenders solicitor panels (some of whom are listed below) and have never had an application turned down to join the panel of any mortgage lender.

When buying a property with the assistance of a mortgage, the mortgage lender will require you to use a conveyance on their panel (i.e. they have already approved the conveyancer who can act on behalf of both you and the lender). If your conveyancer is not on your mortgage lender’s panel of approved conveyancers, you will either need to find a conveyancer who is, or pay the cost of an additional approved conveyancer.

It is therefore important to ask your conveyancer whether they are on a specific lender’s panel at the outset of a purchase transaction.

In the event that we need to refresh or apply for panel membership, we have systems in place to submit an application within one working day of notification and we usually receive confirmation that we have been added to their panel within one week so as to avoid any impact on your purchase transaction.

Here are just a few of the mainstream lenders that we work with on a daily basis:

  • Santander

  • HSBC
  • Nationwide
  • Halifax
